Are you highly organised, analytical, and confident working with data and scheduling systems? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operations team as a Workload Planning Controller, ensuring resources are planned effectively to deliver excellent service.

You'll play a key role in balancing engineer and contact centre workloads using automated scheduling tools, supporting efficient operations and a great customer experience.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Experience working with automated scheduling platforms in a similar planning or coordination role
  • Proven track record in using data and reporting to drive effective operational scheduling
  • Strong skills in resource planning, diary management, and workload allocation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident working with Microsoft Excel and other data tools
  • Minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Using an automated scheduling platform to manage and optimise field engineer and external agent workloads against resource capacity
  • Managing diary downtime and scheduling to ensure efficient use of both field and contact centre teams
  • Maintaining and updating planned workload schedules using Salesforce and Monet platforms
  • Overseeing diary housekeeping to release and control maintenance capacity effectively
  • Analysing data sets, dashboards, and workstreams to inform accurate scheduling decisions
  • Ensuring close alignment between data management and operational workload planning
  • Liaising with field and contact centre management teams to make resource recommendations and maintain scheduled compliance
