We are recruiting for Learning Support Workers to join an exceptional school and sixth form based in Derbyshire and who comes with an excellent reputation for both students and staff, and although initially the positions are temporary there are permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

The is a term time post only and we are looking to register candidates that can provide support to students, teachers, curriculum and the school on a daily basis. And be part of a education setting that creates a happy, safe and caring environment for students to learn and communicate with confidence.

The schools students are aged between 5 and 20 and they are passionate about transforming the lives of young people with special education needs, anxieties and phobias.

We are looking for candidates to put forward for these roles who are:

Highly motivated, hardworking and flexible
Resilient
Have a deep desire to educate and support young people.
Understanding of SEND children and meeting their individual needs.
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Previous classroom / support experience
GCSE English & Maths at C and above
NVQ Level III (Teaching Assistant) - desirable but not essential
