Job Title: Drainage CCTV Manager
Location: Kent (Field-Based with Regional Travel)
Salary: 40,000 + per year (based on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Overview:
We're hiring a hands-on Drainage CCTV Manager to lead and manage CCTV drainage survey teams across varied sites. This role combines on-site operations with team leadership, ensuring high-quality surveys, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead CCTV drainage teams
• Oversee daily operations and survey scheduling
• Ensure high standards of reporting
• Maintain equipment and ensure health & safety compliance
• Liaise with clients and internal teams
• Travel and overnight stays required (Mon-Fri)

Requirements:

• 2+ years in CCTV drainage surveying
• Supervisory or management experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS card & OS19X (desireable)
• Strong leadership, communication & reporting skills
