Sales Negotiator

Are you a Sales Negotiator who is looking for something a bit different? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency experience and a track record in selling property, who is looking to take the next step towards becoming a full Valuer.

My client an independent EstateAgency are looking for an someone to join their busy team as a Property Client Relationship Executive. This is a proactive-face to face role where you’ll combine lead generation, valuations, and relationship building to win new business and secure property instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and contacting prospective clients (landlords and vendors).
  • Booking and attending valuations with a focus on converting to instructions.
  • Running targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, including past vendors and landlords.
  • Acting as a visible brand ambassador for the company.

Ideal candidate requirements:

  • Experience in residential property sales (essential).
  • Some valuation experience, with confidence attending and supporting property valuations. (not essential)
  • A proven track record of winning instructions and selling property.
  • Organised, consistent, and highly motivated.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working with data/CRM systems.

Salary £26,000.pa OTE £40,000 pa

Hours 8.30am - 6pm, 5 days including Saturday, with a day off in the week

There is also an option to work 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday salary pro-rata
