About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Demi Chef de Partie Pastry to join our dynamic kitchen team in a prestigious hospitality venue located in the heart of Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pastry chef to contribute to a high-end culinary experience in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry items including desserts, cakes, tarts, breads, and plated sweets.

  • Assist in the development and creation of new pastry dishes for various menus, including afternoon tea, fine dining, and large-scale events.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of all pastry products in accordance with established standards.

  • Support the Pastry Chef and senior team in the daily operation of the pastry section.

  • Monitor stock levels, manage waste, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen section at all times.
