- Lead and support the release of new and updated products into production, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete and compliant.
- Create and maintain build procedures for all production operations.
- Collaborate with QA and other departments to process iCIR and CIR reports, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide technical feedback and proactive solutions to engineering for product improvements.
- Work with planning to optimize routings, BOMs, and production workflows.
- Partner with suppliers to enhance product quality and manufacturability.
- Initiate and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Degree or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical systems manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Stage-Gate processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of BOM structures and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience using 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
