  • Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties

  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice throughout the process

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

  • Assist with market appraisals and property valuations

  • Negotiate offers and tenancy terms

  • Support with property listings and marketing

  • Proactively seek new business and contribute to the agency’s growth

  • Maintain compliance with lettings and sales regulations

Associate / Senior Associate Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency or a property-related role

  • Proven track record in client-facing roles within sales or lettings

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

  • Confident working independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving licence required
