The Role at a Glance
- Deliver personalised teaching plans for SEN pupils
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure inclusive learning
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons
- Implement interventions to support individual learning goals
- Work closely with teaching assistants and external specialists
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Patient, nurturing, and creative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
