Elect Resourcingare seeking a site Administrator for busy construction site in Burnham on Sea.
Site Administrator will be working along side the site manager ensuring site documents/inductions are in place.
The role is to provide administrative project support to the Construction team on day to day operations
- Organise statutory HSE training programs to ensure the company meets all statutory requirements.
- Organise any on-site training that may be requested by site management.
Site Administrator duties will include
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical document files in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labelled, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Manage incoming correspondence and distribute documents to relevant departments promptly.
- Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Support administrative activities including filing, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping.
- Maintain version control of documents and ensure compliance with document management standards.
- Liaise with team members to facilitate smooth communication regarding document updates or revisions.
- Monitor document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and records are up-to-date.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Site administrator role is for approx. 5 months, site hours are 7.30 -4.30 Monday - Friday, may include some weekends.
Site Administrator rate 17.00 per hour paid via UTR or PAYE Umbrella
