We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager for an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience managing large high-volume catering/restaurant operations.

CATERING MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?

• A background managing high volume catering/restaurant operations
• Strong financial acumen managing P & Ls, costs, budgets and labour
• A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
• Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills
• The ability to hire and train great people coach, lead, develop and motivate
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A strong desire to further develop your career

CATERING MANAGER YOU WILL:

• Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage the team
• Work closely with the head chef and other senior managers to deliver an unforgettable experience
• Control costs, budgets, labour and stock
• Ensure that the catering operation complies to all regulations and legal requirements
• Give consistently excellent customer service
• Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
• Work with company systems, procedures and policies
