A leading environmental engineering business is looking for an Electrical Engineer to install, commission, and service water treatment systems across the North West.

This mobile role suits an electrically qualified engineer with industrial or construction site experience.

You’ll work independently on high-profile infrastructure and environmental projects, supported by a national field engineering team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support site-based deliveries and install water and environmental treatment equipment
• Install, service, maintain, and decommission electro-mechanical systems
• Diagnose electrical issues and carry out on-site fault-finding and repair
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with site health and safety protocols
• Complete service records and ensure accurate technical documentation
• Represent the business professionally on customer sites

Skills & Experience Required

• Industrial Electrical Engineering background ideally from water, construction, or industrial environments
• Attention to detail, good record keeping, and proactive attitude
• Hands-on experience working on live sites with robust H&S protocols
• Comfortable working alone on customer sites across a regional patch
• Able to travel and work field based across the region
• ECS Gold Card – required to access most customer sites
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
• Must hold a full UK driving licence

Summary

Position:      Industrial Electrician

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 including Bonus + Company Vehicle

Location:     Field-based – North West (Kendal to Lockerbie)

Duration:         Permanent, full-time
