Salary is paying up to 42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
- C&G/NVQ Mechanical/Plumbing Level 2 or 3
- Degree within Mechanical Engineering (desired)
- Steam Boiler (desired)

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer working on an industrial site in Preston. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mechanical Engineers to their team.
- Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a team of 2 reporting into the Contract Manager.
- Steam boiler experience and plumbing experience would be ideal.
- PPM's & reactive maintenance.
- Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.
- You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, plumbing etc.
- Candidate requirements:
- The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
- The ideal candidate has bundles of experience of being part of a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
- Strong building services background
