We are looking for female Support Workers to join our growing teams. (This post is restricted to female applicants only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the people we support.)

We provide specialist supported living and residential services for adults with severe learning and physical disabilities. Key duties:

• Providing effective care and support to adults with profound learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
• Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments - including moving and handling, personal care, and supporting with eating and drinking.
• Enabling service users to live their chosen lifestyle, access the community, and participate in leisure activities.

Our ideal candidate:

• Caring, hardworking, reliable, and flexible in approach.
• Previous experience in care or working with people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Female applicants only (as per Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).
