Home based Fostering Recruitment Social Worker

Location: North West England

Salary: 39,338 - 43,458

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker role in the North West of England. This is a home based, permanent role.

The role is for a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They are therapeutic also and they have recently been named one of the top 5 best companies to work for in the UK.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will be working with the Local Authorities in the area in order to contribute to matching identified children, undertaking pre-placement assessments, preparation and introductions.

You will play an important role in the recruitment and retention of foster carers and you will build strong relationships to new carers prior to approval.

The role covers mostly the Greater Manchester area. The role is home based however you will have to travel to Manchester and Liverpool at least once per month for training and team well being events.
