We are working with a well-known manufacturer with offices in East Riding who are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator to join this small team. Working across 2 sites, the successful candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified and be searching for a new opportunity. This opportunity could be either TTP or permanent and will welcome applicants who have both notice and those who are available immediately. This fully office-based role is ideal for an experienced HR Administrator who is looking for a new challenge. Day to day duties will vary but key responsibilities will include;

  • Monitor and update the Time Management System
  • Accurately manage compensation and benefits administration
  • Administer weekly payroll, a wide range of benefits
  • Produce a wide range of letters to a professional standard
  • Manage the employee holiday and absence administration
  • Maintain an efficient HR filing system,
  • Process all employee information and requests
  • Support the recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and preparing new starter offer packs
  • Support the onboarding process for all new starters as well as all exit interviews with leavers
  • Accurately and promptly assist the HR Manager and divisional Managers with disciplinary proceedings
  • Support the delivery of HR initiatives
  • Deal with internal and external HR enquiries

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy manufacturing site where you will be exposed to all areas of the HR function, the successful candidate will be;

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified
  • Strong administration skills
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Confident IT skills, proven record of using all Microsoft program
