Full time hours on a temporary long term basis.
Detailed knowledge of HR Policies, employment and equalities legislation and its application in a major organisation.
Experience of working with Trade Unions, consulting, influencing decision making and collective bargaining.
Desirable
Knowledge of Pay, Benefits & Reward strategies.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
