Academics Ltd is seeking flexible and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a supply basis across secondary schools, further education settings, and special educational needs (SEN) provisions in Beverley and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced LSA or someone with transferable skills from care, youth work, or other support roles, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of learning needs
- Assist teaching staff in the delivery of lessons and learning activities
- Support students with additional needs, including those with EHCPs or behavioural challenges
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times
