Description

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts.
  • Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts.
  • Chase overdue invoices and resolve financial disputes.
  • Update customer details and account statuses.
  • Report on aged debt and cash collection.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare month-end reports for management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
