We’re working with an established, high-growth consumer brand with global reach to find a Customer Service Specialist who’s ready to take their customer care game to the next level. This is a hands-on, senior-level opportunity with lots of variety, autonomy, and progression on offer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing customer queries across phone, email and messaging with speed, accuracy and professionalism
  • Resolving issues calmly and effectively — even under pressure
  • Taking ownership of complaints and courier issues from start to finish
  • Maintaining and contributing to a five-star customer experience
  • Handling data entry and service tracking to ensure service levels are consistently met
  • Building long-term relationships with repeat customers and loyal fans

You’ll Fit This Role If You:

  • Have 2+ years’ customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, or product-based sector ideal)
  • Are confident speaking to customers and resolving issues with maturity and professionalism
