Industrial Service Operative

My Client based in Kidderminster offers complimentary environmental and industrial services to a broad base of private and public sector customers. Due to continued growth across the business there is a requirement to expand their industrial services team immediately They are seeking a number of Industrial Services Operatives to join our team.The business is based in Kidderminster, however the role will be working around the UK on customers premises. This will mean nights away from home which is typically no more than three nights per week (sometimes none) but on certain projects, it could be up to 10 days.This position will be working on industrial services projects such as oil tank cleaning, fuel polishing, confined space work, site decommissioning, oil tank installations and industrial water jetting.This role will offer training, mentoring and career progression for the right candidate.Person Specification:• The role will involve working away. This will typically be one or two nights per week but can be longer for specific projects. Expenses and allowances will be paid.• Based close to Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Must be able to get to our facility within 30 minutes due to response work.• The role can be physically strenuous.• Full UK manual car driving licence – HGV would be advantageous but no essential • Ability and willingness to work in confined spaces and at heights.• Must be a team player. The role will be working closely with colleagues.• Must be flexible.
