Job Opportunity: Document Administrator

Our client is an organisation seeking a motivated Prep and Scan Operator to join their team on a long term temporary basis based at Kidderminster Scan Centre at Kidderminster Hospital

Position Details:

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: From £12.36

Driving Required: Yes

Main Responsibilities Include:

Daily scanning duties, preparing physical documents by removing staples and bindings while ensuring document quality Scanning incoming documents using specialised hardware and software Efficiently indexing and linking scanned and email documents to the document management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ad hoc scanning for various departments and use of lamination machine Ensuring the security and safe storage of all client documentation Completion of paperwork and spreadsheets on a daily basis Conducting quality checks on scanned images to meet client expectations

Additional Responsibilities:

Providing holiday cover for the driver, requiring a full UK driving licence Managing the courier service between multiple sites, collecting and delivering important documents and clinic packs Maintaining fuel levels and the security of the corporate fuel card Ensuring quality standards and customer requirements are met Undertaking mandatory training to maintain a high level of service and adherence to health records procedures and practises

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in document preparation and scanning is desirable, but not essential Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills and a reliable, proactive attitude
