In this role you'll be working Nights from 10pm to 6:30am Sunday to Thursday. You'll be responsible for 6 Engineers on the shift, managing complex projects and creating PPM schedules. This company are a manufacturer of wood products, selling into multiple sectors from landscaping to garden buildings. On to a bright future, they're looking increase the size of their Engineering Leadership team to keep up with demand.This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for a night shift, in a role where you'll have responsibility for coaching, progressing and managing a team of 6 engineers.The Role:
- Reactive and Preventative maintenance on automated machinery
- Managing a team of 6 Engineers
- Working on projects to improve output and reduce breakdowns
- Sunday - Thursday Nights 10pm - 6:30am
