Overall purpose
To support the Sales Office department including dealing with external and internal contacts to process Sales Orders and together with the Sales order team handle any queries / issues that may arise in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
Provide a high level of Customer Service.
Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Answer all internal and external communications (telephone or electronic) in a timely and professional manner according to Company guidelines.
Process Sales Orders and Invoice paperwork within Company guidelines and procedures.
Deal with any Sales Order queries raised by customers relating to their accounts.
Deal with postal duties and other general Administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning within Company guidelines and procedures.
Generate Sales reports for senior management and sales force.
Ensure cover for other team members (busy periods, holidays etc.).
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Sales Fulfilment Manager.
Skills / Knowledge required
GCSE Maths & English or equivalent - Essential
Administration experience - Essential
High level of accuracy - Essential
Excellent time management and organisational skills - Essential
Effective communication skills. (Written and telephone manner) - Essential
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook experience, MS Navision - Desirable
Excellent relationship building skills (Internal and External) - Desirable
