• Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

Production Lead Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong background in metal fabrication, with proficiency in working with stainless steel and aluminium.
• Familiarity with automotive component manufacturing, preferably with experience related to classic or bespoke vehicles.
