- Providing administrative assistance to the Fee Earner within the property team
- Communicating with clients, opposing legal representatives, estate agents, and other relevant parties
- Handling incoming enquiries and supplying cost estimates to potential clients
- Opening new files and initiating client onboarding procedures
- Supporting the collection and recording of documentation in line with AML and KYC compliance requirements
- Answering telephone calls and email correspondence, resolving straightforward queries or redirecting as needed
- Managing contract exchange processes as guided by the conveyancer
- Finalising case files, which includes obtaining redemption statements, producing financial summaries, drafting internal forms, and issuing relevant letters
- Pay – Salary is competitive and reflects prior experience
- Holiday Entitlement – 20 days (pro rata) annual leave, plus statutory holidays and an extra two days during the Christmas closure

- Work Pattern – Three days per week between 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Has prior experience in legal administrative support, particularly in residential property law
- Is methodical and organised, with the ability to manage several duties concurrently
- Demonstrates clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Shows strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work
