- Delivering administrative backing to the fee earner in the property division
- Liaising with clients, solicitors on the other side, estate agencies, and other key contacts
- Responding to incoming communications and providing quotations for prospective clients
- Opening new matters and assisting with onboarding procedures
- Assisting with document handling in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
- Managing phone and email enquiries, dealing with straightforward issues or escalating where appropriate
- Overseeing the exchange process under the direction of the conveyancer
- Closing down files – including obtaining redemption figures, compiling financial breakdowns, preparing internal paperwork, and dispatching final correspondence
- Remuneration – Pay is competitive and aligned with experience

- Have previous experience providing legal admin support, especially in residential conveyancing
- Be highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing
- Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail in all duties
