Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Team Leader/Supervisor looking to join a well-established, market leading company where you will play an integral part in day-to-day manufacturing whilst being encouraged to progress your career.
Do you have experience supervising or leading a production team? Do you have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment?
This market leading business design, manufacture and service their own extensive range of equipment and are the pioneers in the industry. The company are able to offer ongoing training and development as the business looks to diversify and maintain their global expert status. They are now looking for a Production Team Leader to join the journey.
The main purpose of this position is to drive production and safely deliver/ manage the area of business ensuring the appropriate and desired results. You will need to provide line management/supervision of the team, whilst offering input into continuous improvement activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment. You will need to have excellent people skills and be looking to work for a growing/market leader.
The Role-
- Supervise/Lead a production team within a low volume/high intricacy assembly team
- Offer continuous improvement solutions to identify cost and time saving initiatives
- Drive team engagement and empowerment
- 30,000- 35,000 + Bonus + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Candidate-
- Experience managing a Production/Manufacturing department
- Strong People Manager/ Supervisor
- Must be willing to commute to Bexhill
