This is a pivotal leadership role, where you will contribute to the ongoing development of therapeutic approaches, support complex case formulation, and ensure that psychological practice is embedded across the service.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to a team of psychologists and therapists.
- Deliver and supervise a range of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions.
- Contribute to service planning, development, and quality improvement.

Requirements:
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.

- Skilled in working with complex mental health presentations within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
