Class 2 Driver

Role: HGV Class 2 Drivers

Location: Erith

Hours: 6am start - Monday to Friday

Pay: 16.50 per hour

Extrastaff are currently recruitingHGV Class 2 Driversto work for our timber merchant client based in Erith.

HGV Class 2 Drivers Duties:

• Multi-drop timber deliveries
• Deliveries in Southeast England
• Completion of paperwork and/or use of scanning device
• No manual handling - all products are forklifted off the vehicle by the customer
• 32-ton rigid vehicle
• Ad hoc work - sickness cover, holiday cover, and busy periods

Requirements for HGV Class 2 Drivers:

• HGV Class 2licence (C category)-max 6 points on licence
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Good customer service & communication skills
• Reliability
• Minimum 6 months experience
