The Role
Take responsibility for a lively and motivated Year 4 class
Deliver creative, engaging lessons that challenge and inspire all learners
Encourage a love of learning while developing confidence and independence
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an innovative and balanced curriculum

About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience preferred)
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate pupils
Creative, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
