SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly regard Estate Agency business with a large branch network.

Due to further business expansion our client is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the busy team in Bexley.

This is a full-time position with training given and a motivational commission structure

Please note - It is essential that applicants hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Role

• Working with the existing team you will work as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Liaising with buyers and sellers.
• Viewings.
• Valuations.
• Listing.

Candidate

• Previous Estate Agency experience is required.
• Previous experience of sales generation is required.
• Must be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate great customer service and telephone skills. 
• Target driven.
• Presentable.
• Confident.
• Committed and willing to forge a long term career within a long established and professional business.
• Full Driving Licence and own car essential.
