bout the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work within an SEN provision, supporting pupils with a range of needs such as Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). You'll provide 1:1 and small group support, help teachers deliver tailored lessons, and ensure each pupil has the encouragement and structure they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
* Assist teachers with classroom delivery and adapting resources.
* Encourage social, emotional, and academic progress.
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:
* A recent graduate (any discipline considered, psychology and education backgrounds desirable).
* Genuine interest in working in SEN school settings.
* Strong communication, resilience, and empathy.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
