The Role
Lead a motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 class
Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire all learners
Encourage independence, resilience, and curiosity in pupils
Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver a creative and balanced curriculum
Participate in school life through extracurricular activities, trips, and enrichment programs
Who You Are
QTS and experienced teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience preferred)
Outstanding classroom practitioner with excellent management skills
Creative, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact
Strong communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Ambitious for professional growth, keen to contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives
