The Role:
  • Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

  • Leading small group interventions and booster sessions

  • Covering lessons when required (with plans provided)

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

  • Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams as needed

Ideal Candidate:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

  • Confident leading whole-class sessions

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships quickly

  • Previous experience working across multiple year groups is a bonus
