Were currently recruiting experienced and confident HLTAs to work across a variety of primary schools in the Bexleyarea. This is a great opportunity for those looking to take on more responsibility in the classroom, support pupils across the key stages, and occasionally lead lessons in the absence of a teacher.

The Role:Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Leading small group interventions and booster sessions
Covering lessons when required (with plans provided)
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams as needed
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Confident leading whole-class sessions
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Adaptable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships quickly
Previous experience working across multiple year groups is a bonus
