Contact Centre Agent
  • Job Type: Temporary ongoing
  • Location: central Bexleyheath (hybrid after training 2/3 days in office dependant on business needs)
  • Working Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Hourly rate: £13.85 PAYE per hour

We are seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent experience in a Contact Centre environment, capable of handling calls and addressing a wide range of issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and appropriate information.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt when needed.
  • Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to attend in-house training and work from our Bexleyheath office.
