- Hourly rate: £13.85 PAYE per hour
We are seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent experience in a Contact Centre environment, capable of handling calls and addressing a wide range of issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Address and resolve customer issues, providing accurate and appropriate information.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt when needed.
- Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
- Proven experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Strong ICT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to attend in-house training and work from our Bexleyheath office.
