- Days or Nights 7am-7pm or 7pm-7amIn this rewarding role, you’ll work individually and as part of a supportive team to deliver the highest standards of care and companionship to our residents.What you’ll be doing:-  Checking on residents throughout the day and night to ensure their wellbeing and comfort
- Â Providing personal care with kindness and respect, supporting residents with daily activities while encouraging their independence
- Â Helping residents maintain their dignity and self-esteem through patient, compassionate care
- Â Contributing to care plans by working alongside residents and their families or representatives
- Â Supporting residents to take part in wellbeing and social activities both inside and outside the home
- Â Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and your team
What you’ll bring:
- Â A professional, reliable, and flexible approach to your work
- Â Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Â A respectful, courteous, patient, and compassionate manner at all times
- Â Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Â The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
