As a CQS accredited firm, we are seeking a talented individual who can handle a high volume of caseload matters, expertly navigate sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and leverage their IT literacy and experience with case management systems.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions

- Contribute to the growth and success of our thriving Conveyancing department
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of property law and the ability to handle your own caseload
- Showcase your proficiency in managing transactions proactively and efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrate a diligent and conscientious approach to your work, with a willingness to assist and encourage less senior members of the department
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Conveyancer with relevant experience in the legal sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
