How would you like to become an integral part of the dynamic team at a well respected firm in Bexleyheath as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a CQS accredited firm, we are seeking a talented individual who can handle a high volume of caseload matters, expertly navigate sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and leverage their IT literacy and experience with case management systems.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions
  • Deliver exceptional client care and ensure efficient, proactive handling of matters
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our thriving Conveyancing department
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a broad knowledge of property law and the ability to handle your own caseload
  • Showcase your proficiency in managing transactions proactively and efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrate a diligent and conscientious approach to your work, with a willingness to assist and encourage less senior members of the department
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified as a Solicitor or Conveyancer with relevant experience in the legal sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
