We are currently working with a law firm in Kent who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department. This role will be based in Bexleyheath.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the fee earners with all conveyancing work and managing their diaries.
  • Speaking with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
  • Sending draft contract papers on a sale, including obtaining management information packs.
  • Replying to enquiries on a sale and dealing with Post Exchange matters.
  • Dealing with all aspects of post completion including SDLT’s.

Desired skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years + Conveyancing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of using a case management system desirable but not essential.
