We’re working with a well-established law firm looking to add a Paralegal to their busy Conveyancing team based in Bexleyheath.If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you’ll be exposed to a variety of property matters and work closely with experienced solicitors, this could be a great next step.What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting with residential sales and purchases from start to finish
  • Preparing and sending out draft contracts and managing post-exchange work
  • Reviewing replies to enquiries and reporting on searches
  • Handling completions, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Submitting SDLT returns and dealing with Land Registry applications
  • Keeping everything on track, organised, and running smoothly under partner supervision

  • Previous conveyancing experience is a big plus
  • A natural organiser with great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable managing a busy workload and hitting deadlines
