Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Welling (hybrid working – site, office & WFH)
Rate: £450–£475 per day (Limited Outside IR35 or PAYE Umbrella)
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to support the delivery of essential infrastructure and asset protection works? We’re seeking a Project Manager to join a long-term regulated programme delivering critical upgrades across multiple operational sites.
You’ll be part of a specialist framework team improving and safeguarding key infrastructure assets, ensuring compliance with government legislation and industry standards. This role plays a key part across planning, delivery, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple upgrade schemes from inception through to completion. Works typically include civil and security upgrades, installation of kiosks and security systems, fencing and compound improvements, and access/asset protection enhancements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing delivery programmes and work phases
- Coordinating internal delivery teams and subcontract partners
- Managing planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and commercial reporting
- Preparing and presenting progress updates at senior level
- Ensuring compliance with governance, quality procedures, and stage-gate controls
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and client representatives
- Ensuring safe and efficient site operations in line with regulatory requirements
You’ll also collaborate closely with planners, commercial teams, site management, designers, and commissioning engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Project Manager with experience in civil engineering or utilities infrastructure, ideally within regulated environments. You will have delivered multi-site programmes and managed complex stakeholder interfaces.
You must have:
- Strong project delivery experience within infrastructure/utilities
- Excellent commercial awareness and reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to manage cost, programme, risk, and quality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CSCS & relevant safety qualifications
- Ability to work across office, site, and remote environments
Experience within the water or asset protection is highly advantageous.
