About the Roles:In these positions, you'll offer individualised support to students with a range of additional needs. Your role will involve creating a supportive atmosphere where the students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to the students, focusing on their unique requirements.- Aid the students with their academic pursuits, facilitating their learning and growth.- Cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages positive behavior and emotional well-being.- Collaborate closely with the school's SENCO, teachers, and support staff to ensure the student's needs are comprehensively addressed.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with vulnerable children, preferably within an educational setting.- Possession of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly advantageous.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and colleagues.- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with ASD needs.
