- Own transport (site is not easily accessible by public transport)
- Reliable and punctual
- Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks
- Prepare and maintain the site for daily work
- Handle and move materials safely
- Support other labourers and trades as required
- Keep the site clean and organised
