Role Overview
The Site Manager will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager and client representatives to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in high-end residential or complex refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
