About the Role:

We are seeking a competent and safety-focused Day Fuel Reception Operative to join the Shift Team. You will be a vital player, predominantly responsible for the fuel reception area and other plant duties. Core responsibilities include traffic management, Tipping Hall management, safe waste movement, and operating heavy mobile plant such as Overhead Cranes, Loading Shovels, and Forklift Trucks in line with strict ERF safety standards. Additional duties may involve weighbridge operation, plant checks, site cleaning, and assisting with front-line maintenance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Extensive experience operating mobile plant within a heavy-duty, industrial environment (e.g., Waste, Power, Manufacturing).
  • Must hold Lifting / Slinging, plant, or FLT certification (e.g., Loading Shovel, Forklift Truck, 360 Operator).
  • Proven experience with safe systems of work, including Permits for Work, procedures, and risk assessments.
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • An Engineering, Technical, or Operational qualification is desirable.
