The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of one of our well-established clients a leading FMCG company based in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic production team in a thriving business.
We have Days, Afternoon, and Night Shifts available to suit a variety of schedules.
Key Details:
- Position: Production Operative
- Location: Bicester
- Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Pay Rate: £12.24phr to 16.52phr
- Shift Options:
- Day shift 6:00am - 14:00pm & 07:00am - 17:00pm
- Afternoon shift 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Night shift - 22:00pm to 06:00am
- Start Date: Immediate starts available
- Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating within a high-speed production environment
- Working on a production or packing line
- Assembling and quality checking products
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Following company procedures and health & safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual team player
