Team Manager - Children's Services | Bicester, Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Family Solutions Plus service in Bicester. This is a key leadership role managing a social care team to deliver high-quality assessments, timely interventions, and effective safeguarding for children and families.
Key Details:
- Location: Bicester Children & Family Centre, OX26 6DJ
- Hours: 37 per week | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
- Salary: 55,783 - 59,010 per annum (Grade 15)
What You'll Do:
- Manage and support a team delivering Oxfordshire's Family Safeguarding Plus model
- Ensure statutory duties are met and children's plans progress on time
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and quality assurance
- Drive service improvement and partnership working across agencies
About You:
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Proven leadership experience in children's social care
- Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
