About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitoring all CCTV, safety systems and access systems.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Exceptionally customer focused and able to deliver excellence service levels.
  • Monitor andrespondto incidents on site appropriately.
  • Maintaining various records of communications and events
  • Accurate asset control of all equipment such as radios or keys ensuring they are signed out and returned by Security or other parties.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve site objectives.
  • Proactively follow up and track all inbound and outbound communication.
  • Have excellent communication and IT skills
  • Aware and due diligent in GDPR practices

Requirements
  • Must have a valid CCTV Licence.
  • Must have a valid first aid Licence
  • UK Driving Licence
