About the Role:
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in leading and delivering innovative building services design across a wide range of sectors, including Data Centres, commercial, healthcare, education, science & tech, and more. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical design for building services projects through all RIBA stages

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams

Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development

Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and provide technical guidance

Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and sustainability goals

Oversee quality control and project delivery within time and budget constraints
About You:

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related field

Chartered Engineer or working towards CEng (IET or similar)

Proven experience in a consultancy or building services environment

Strong technical background in electrical systems design (lighting, LV distribution, fire alarm, data, etc.)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and Amtech
