- Provide day-to-day support to the Fire & Safety Improvement Project
- Assist Programme & Project Managers with planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor project plans and support the delivery of key outcomes
- Maintain project risks and issues logs, escalating where appropriate
- Support meetings, take minutes, and help coordinate activities across teams
- Use data and insight to recommend improvements and contribute to the overall success of the programme
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (for site visits)
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience working in public sector or large organisation project environments
- Previous experience supporting fire safety or H&S-related programmes (beneficial, but not essential)
- Be part of a meaningful and safety-critical programme
